Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund and exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Heart of Midlothian Plc cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Delivery Options

Hearts Direct are keen to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible and at a competitive price. Customers goods will be delivered within next working day to 10 working days (UK) and 5-15 working days (Europe & Worldwide). Once your order has been dispatched then your delivery option will become effective. Deliveries to certain postcodes, e.g to the Scottish Highlands can take a little longer. (subject to UK Mail's terms and conditions)
We deliver using UK Mail and Royal Mail in the United Kingdom and Air Mail for overseas. Please be aware that the signature is required.
The price of delivery is based on the combined weight of your goods and calculated at the checkout. All prices are in GB Pounds.
